ProxyPortal is intended solely for use by enrolled students of SRMIST to access their own academic data.

You must use your own valid SRM Academia credentials. Sharing credentials or attempting to access another student's data is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users or the integrity of SRM's academic systems.

ProxyPortal provides an anonymous polling feature for the student community. You agree to use this feature responsibly and in accordance with SRMIST's code of conduct.

You must not create polls containing hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, misinformation, or any content that targets or demeans individuals or groups.

Misuse of the polling feature, including coordinated reporting abuse or attempting to reverse-engineer voter identities, will result in immediate and permanent access revocation.

We reserve the right to remove any poll at our sole discretion if it is deemed harmful, offensive, or in violation of these terms — with or without prior notice.

ProxyPortal is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will always be accurate.

Academic data is sourced from SRM Academia — any inaccuracies in the source data will be reflected in ProxyPortal.

ProxyPortal and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We are not responsible for any academic decisions made based on data viewed through ProxyPortal.

Always verify attendance, marks, and other critical data directly through the official SRM Academia portal.

The ProxyPortal interface, design, and source code are the intellectual property of the developers.

SRM Academia data remains the property of SRMIST and is accessed under the authority of your student credentials.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the ProxyPortal interface without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

We may terminate or restrict access to users who violate these terms or misuse the service.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProxyPortal regarding use of the service.
